Access to the e-learning platform for new users

Until September 2021 the e-learning platform contents will be available for any subject of the Target audience that will ask for access credentials.


Please consider that, under to the Project, the Target audience consists of:

a)  EU member states’ national judges, prosecutors, apprentice judges, and members of judges’ offices staff dealing with the review of national competition authorities decisions;

b) EU member states’ national judges, prosecutors, apprentice judges, and members of judges’ offices staff dealing with competition law, including antitrust and state aid, at final instance (a final-instance judge may be of an appeal court, if this court’s decisions cannot be further challenged).


The e-learning platform includes: 

– 10 hours of an interdisciplinary video training course dedicated to Italian-speaking audience on the Directive 2014/104 on antitrust damages actions (and the Italian transposing legislation) and the economic principles of competition law;

 – on line materials (European and National case law on Directive 2014/104; a Glossary of competition law; other relevant documents with regard to the training topics: presentations provided by the speakers, reading materials, academic articles, etc.).
